Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital items. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" once they have been delivered to you.

Refunds

We only issue refunds in the following situations:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with proof of your purchase(s), and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
• Non-Delivery of the Product: If, for any reason, you do not receive your purchased digital product after completing the payment, please get in touch with us. We will investigate the issue and ensure that you receive your order.

Exemptions

• Custom Orders: Refunds will not be issued for any custom digital products that are created specifically for you.
